Entrepreneurship is not taught in schools today.  Government run schools, colleges, and even most private schools are designed to stamp out worker drones that fit into the typical government or corporate job.  Entrepreneurs have to be RISK TAKERS - Unfortunately, schools teach people how to be RISK ADVERSE.  Even most of todays financial planners sell the same tired story.  Get a good job, save for retirement, work hard (both you and your money) and retire after you're too old to enjoy most of what life has to offer.  That was a very effective plan for your grandparents and maybe even your parents, but it is not a good strategy in today's economy where the Dollar is constantly shrinking in value.

Show host Ken Goheen has spent most of his life searching for a place where people can learn how to achieve the American Dream and learn the tricks of the trade to become financially free.  He found lots of success stories and these stories are all remarkably similar.  They tell of risk taking entrepreneurs finding their own path to success.  Their path was hard and filled with one or more setbacks.  More often than not, they filed for bankruptcy and perhaps a foreclosure along the way.  They had to find their own path because usually no one was there to show them the path and they had to make their own trail through the financial jungle.

Ken also found all kinds of "HOW TO" websites out there and virtually all of them had some product that promised all sorts of things - usually some version of "I have the NEVER BEFORE REVEALED SECRET TO FINANCIAL SUCCESS" and "I'LL SELL IT TO YOU CHEAP".  Some of these products were actually quite good, but most of them were nothing more than hyped up snake oil.  People buy from these Snake Oil salesmen because they cannot find the financial education they need.  Ken has a couple of bookcases filled with this stuff and spent at least $50,000 on financial education products.  Entrepreneurs need this financial education but may are deterred because there is a lot of bad stuff out there and it is very difficult to sort through all of the claims out there.  We are dedicated to finding the right educational products at reasonable prices.

We are dedicated to finding the best ways to help you find that elusive Financial Freedom that most people crave but few seem to ever achieve.  It usually takes hard work to be successful and many never get past that hurdle.  Some look to the government to take care of them for life but those of us who know better realize that the Government has to either take from someone else (taxes) or print money and create debt.  Neither is good for the country as a whole and there is no way that you can achieve financial freedom through the government dole - unless of course you can somehow get elected to public office (we try not to comment on political issues, but it sure is hard not to sometimes).

We will find people who have been successful and ask them how they achieved their success.  If we find opportunities, we will let you know about them.  If we find a snake oil salesman, we will tell you all about him/her.  We will find the strategies that actually WORK.  In short, we want YOU to be successful.  We want you to have time to take that glorious vacation, spend time with your kids or grandkids, get better acquainted with your spouse,  join that exclusive golf club, have money for fun filled shopping trips, get that car you've always wanted, and buy that dream house or two.  Best of all, make the best friends you will ever have because rich people are generally fun people to be around and best of all, you can choose the ones you like to be friends.  Very cool indeed.
